Who we are

PlanB Private Clients is a private-client advisory house specialising in exceptional residential assets, operating across South Africa, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. When we say “we”, “us” or “PlanB”, we mean PlanB Private Clients and the team working under its instruction.

Using this website

This website is an introduction, not a marketplace. Nothing here is a listing, an offer, or an invitation to transact. Property particulars, valuations and opportunities are only ever shared privately, with qualified parties, under separate written terms.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Every engagement we accept is governed by its own written mandate. That written mandate defines our obligations to you, not this website.

Introductions and qualification

We work with a deliberately small number of clients. We may ask you to verify your identity and, where the law requires it, the source of funds, before we share confidential opportunities or provide access to our private auction environment. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry without giving reasons. Discretion works in both directions.

No promises about outcomes

We speak candidly about what exceptional positioning can achieve, and that candour extends to auction results. Past results are exactly that: past results. No outcome, price or timeframe is guaranteed, and you should not read one into anything on this site.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the foundation of our work. We treat every conversation as private by default, and we expect the same of the people we introduce you to. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are available before confidential property information is shared. You need only ask.

Your privacy, plainly

What we collect. Only what you choose to give us: your name, contact details, location, the nature of your enquiry, your message, and any photographs, film or documents you share about your property, plus the minimal technical information any website needs to function.

How we use it. To respond to you, to advise you, and to make carefully chosen introductions once you have given your consent. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists. We share your details only with the professionals a transaction genuinely requires, such as lawyers, notaries or verification providers, and always under confidentiality.

Your media remains yours. Photographs and film of your property stay your property. We use them only for the positioning work you have agreed to, and we return or delete them when you ask.

Where your information travels. Our work is international by nature, so your information may move between the regions in which we operate. Wherever it goes, it travels with the same safeguards.

How long we keep it. For as long as our relationship is live, and thereafter only as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your information and, subject to those legal duties, we will.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the information we hold about you: this includes rights under the GDPR in the United Kingdom and Europe, POPIA in South Africa and the CCPA in California. Write to us and we will act on it promptly.

Cookies. We use only what is essential for the site to work. We do not follow you around the internet.
